POWERENE RENEWABLE FUELS

Affiliated Company of Powerdyne, Inc.

Powerdyne has developed a Patent Pending technology able to utilize any carbonaceous feed stock including trash, MSW, tries, plastic, and other waste to create high-grade advanced renewable fuels.

The Powerene system is ultra-efficient, has no NOx or SOx and 99.9% of the mercury is trapped for commercialization. We are left only with CO2 and H2O. The H2O is recycled and 99.9999% of CO2 is captured for sequestration or commercialization.

Plants with our technology can operate below the EPA’s baseline.

Powerene has already entered into an agreement for a Municipal Solid Waste facility that will receive up to 1,500 tons of MSW per day, strategically located in the State of New Jersey with dock facilities.  This facility is across the street from the fuel manufacturingsite.  This MRF facility will provide feedstock to the fuel facility in order to produce fuel.

Powerene has sales agreements in place from two major off take companies to take all the JP-8 jet fuel and all the Renewable Diesel that can be produced in any location in the US.  Powerene has also discussed with Euler Hermes to insure the receivables from these two off take entities, which would enter into long term contracts to procure the fuel from Powerene.

Powerene will produce a minimum of 2000 barrels per day of JP-8 or renewable diesel – each barrel is 42 gallons – from the 500 tons of municipal solid waste per day. This equates to be 84,000 gallons of renewable fuel per day; roughly 30 million gallons per year.As the site continues to receive more MSW, up to the permitted 1,500 tons per day, the fuel production will increase accordingly.

Powerene is looking to expand throughout the US currently.
